Full Raffle Rules & Eligibility

1. Eligibility
Age: Entrants must be 21 years or older at time of entry.
Location: Open to legal residents of the 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C., excluding where prohibited.
Membership: Must be a current member of Harvest & Harmony’s Palate Passport program in good standing.
Exclusions: Employees of Harvest & Harmony, their immediate family members, and any person involved in prize fulfillment are not eligible.
2. How to Enter
Automatic Entries: One (1) raffle entry for every 100 points earned through purchases or quiz participation.
Bonus Entries: Five (5) additional entries for each tasting note submission of three (3) or more complete sentences.
Entry Period: Points earned between 12:00 AM (PT) on the first calendar day of the month and 11:59 PM (PT) on the last calendar day of the month count toward that month’s drawing.
Rollover: Unused entries carry over—entries expire 12 months after they’re earned.
3. Monthly Drawing
Timing: Drawings are held on the first business day of each month.
Selection: Two (2) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
Notification: Winners are notified via the email address on file within 24 hours of selection. Winners must respond within seven (7) days to claim their prize, or an alternate winner may be selected.
4. Prize Details
Each winner (plus one guest) receives:
Gourmet Breakfast at a top-rated Napa Valley restaurant (up to $75 per person).
Guided Tastings at two (2) participating Napa Valley wineries (standard tasting fees included).
Harvest & Harmony Gift Bag containing branded wine accessories.
Approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize package: $600.
Note: Winners and their guests are responsible for their own travel to and from Napa Valley. Harvest & Harmony covers all in-region experiences once you arrive.
5. Scheduling & Redemption
Booking Window: Winners must schedule their experiences within six (6) months of notification, subject to winery availability and blackout dates.
Blackout Dates: Weekends during harvest season (August 15 – October 31) and major holidays may have limited availability; alternative dates must be mutually agreed.
Non‑Transferable: Prize is non‑transferable except that each winner may choose a single guest. No cash substitution.
6. General Conditions
Taxes: Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. Harvest & Harmony will issue an IRS Form 1099 if required by law.
Limit: One (1) trip prize per member per calendar year.
Privacy: By entering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Publicity Release: Except where prohibited, winners consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation.
Disqualification: Harvest & Harmony reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these rules.
7. Liability & Dispute
Liability Release: Harvest & Harmony, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damages of any kind resulting from participation or acceptance/use of the prize.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles, and resolved in Nevada courts.
By participating in the Napa Valley Dream Raffle, you agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Harvest & Harmony, which are final and binding in all respects.
